Ordering
All orders may be placed by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail. Our phone

Minimum Orders
All orders must exceed $250.00
Terms
All orders must be prepaid with a check, Visa, MasterCard or American
Express. Net 30 terms are available for established Artscape accounts
whose credit references have been approved and a credit card is on
file to guarantee payment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our Montgomeryville, PA warehouse. Items
30" x 36" and under will ship via UPS ground. Larger Items must ship
via freight carrier.
Damages & Returns
All of our products are thoroughly checked before boxing to assure
that you receive only the finest quality merchandise. Should damage
occur in transit, please notify us immediately for return
authorization. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Returns will not be accepted unless authorized by our Customer Service
Department.
